SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are shipped via UPS with delivery confirmation and insurance. This means that you will have to sign for your package. We do this to insure that you receive your order and to protect us from fraudulent transactions.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. However, we occasionally run out of stock. In which case, we will notify you asap and provide you with an estimated ship date--all BEFORE we charge your credit card. Once an order is shipped UPS generally takes 2-5 days.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy. Simply send your order back to us for a FULL REFUND minus shipping fees. Items must be received unused and free from any blemishes or other flaws or refund will NOT be processed. Refunds will NOT be processed until items have been returned. Make sure to send your package in a traceable manner; we are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Also be sure to include a copy of your receipt or order information. We cannot issue a refund when we have no idea from whom it came!
